About Jubilee Court
Jubilee Court is a 30 bedded care home for Adult Service Users with Physical Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury and Degenerative Neurological Disorders, requiring a continuum of care, through a structured programme of rehabilitation.
About Royal Park
Royal Park is located in Bilston, a suburb of Wolverhampton and near the border of Staffordshire. The area allows for good transport links either by road or rail making visiting easier for family and friends but also ensuring community therapy programmes are participated in on a regular basis.
Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met
Lead, motivate and mentor your team and provide clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home
Carry out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our service users
Essential nursing tasks and duties including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions
Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation
Promote our service users independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and strive for continuous improvement
Communicate and liaise with other professionals involved in the well being and care of our residents. As well as family members and other staff members
Required skills, qualities and qualifications:
Qualified Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
UK PIN number (NMW renewal paid for)
Enthusiastic and dynamic
Professional and compassionate
Work within the NMC code of Practice
Motivated to work within a multidisciplinary setting
Able to work flexible shift patterns
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
All roles will be subject to a successful fully enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
