Service Manager for a brand new nursing home

A great position has arisen for a Service Manager to join a brand new Care home opening this September based in Anfield, Liverpool.
This centre will be a 60 bedded home specialising in personalised residential and nursing care for older people with varying levels of needs such as nursing, dementia and mental health conditions.
As a Service Manager you will be:
•Dedicated to undertake the management of supporting people with Dementia and other complex needs.
•Supporting service users in your care to achieve their goals in life and will actively seek out opportunities for them to develop their skills and confidence through a variety of staff involvement and other initiatives.
•lead a team of Nurses and care staff to ensure the smooth running of the service.
•able to give advice and guidance on Care planning and ensure that high quality nursing care and being implemented for our residents.
•Positively enhance and motivate care staff to ensure staff perform as well as possible.
You will effectively lead and inspire your team to provide the highest quality person-centred support and care. You will also be responsible for delivering the best level of quality social care whilst continually developing the service. You will have the opportunity to use your skills in an environment where the effective management of people and processes will be critical to the services success.
The successful manager for this role will receive a salary of £48,321 per annum with excellent additional benefits such; Pension, 35 days Holidays, Sick Pay, company Stocks and shares at a reduced rate, £1000 For the first 3 years of service.
To be considered for this role you must have previous managerial experience in a similar environment.
