We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Home Manager to join the friendly and dedicated team within their 28 bedded Residential Care Home in Gloucester
The position is 40 hours per week and offers a highly competitive salary plus;

As the Registered Home Manager, it is essential that you have previous residential home management experience within a similar sized home The home is registered for 28 residents who are elderly with dementia. You will manage the day to day running of the home, provide supervision and leadership to the care team to ensure the highest standards of care delivery, conduct resident and relative meetings, complete clinical assessments whist ensuring all company policies and procedures are being adhered to.
