The iMap Way
For over ten years, iMap has been providing a safe environment to support young people with autism, intellectual disabilities, communication difficulties and complex behaviours to reach their potential.
We have a number of residential homes throughout Cheshire and are we strive to provide the very best life experiences for all of the individuals we support.
Fern House, our new home in Frodsham, Cheshire provides you with a truly unique opportunity to offer children and young people with complex needs a chance to lead ordinary lives. Our young people will learn to have a voice, be believed in, feel safe, be understood and empowered in life.
It is also your chance to be instrumental in the formulation and success of our brand new home, leading the way in best practice.
The young people will come to us through either planned or emergency placements where they will have an initial 12 week assessment and personal profile. From this point through to their transition away from Fern House at 24 months, they will move from a fully structured pathway towards a more traditional community setting.
It is our job, through Fern House, to set them up for success along this pathway. Find out more about how you can help them on this this journey below.
