Rafles Nursery & Preschool is a well established, large, independent nursery set in a picturesque setting in Cheshunt. We are looking for high calibre Early Years Educators to help us deliver outstanding care and education to the children in our care. As part of the Rafles team you will strive to create an environment for children where respect, kindness, love and empathy are valued. Where children are provided with opportunities to build their confidence, taught to preserve, and bounce back with resilience
Full time / Permanent (35-40 hours per week)
4 - 5 days
Must hold relevant childcare qualifications (Level 2 / Level 3)
Previous experience of caring for children under 5
Responsibilities and Duties:
· care, educate and nurture the children in your care
· to build strong relationships with the families and carers of your key children
· to work as part of our close knit team
· Ensure that children are kept safe and that staff understand, and when necessary follow, Safeguarding Procedures.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
· Hold relevant childcare qualifications (Level 2/Level 3).
· Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
· Previous experience of caring for children under 5.
· Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
· A team player.
· Good communication skills.
· Passion to deliver high quality exciting learning opportunities.

Rafles Nursery & Pre-school is situated in the idyllic green belt grounds of the Rosedale Sports Club. We can accommodate 85 children aged three months to five years
Set in the backdrop of the sports ground, Rafles Nursery & Pre-school can provide your child’s inquisitive minds access to playing fields nature walks, and a sensory garden all on its doorstep.
