Full time Day and night Senior carers required for a small friendly privately run care home in High Wycombe.
An opportunity has arisen to join our team as either a day or night Senior Carer. The main purpose of this role is to support and supervise the delivery of high standards of person-centred care to our residents whilst providing leadership to the team and ensuring best practices are followed in accordance to the homes polices and procedures.
The role will also involve supporting with medication management, care planning and other compliance tasks within the home when required.

We operate a two week rolling rota with a flexible shift pattern including weekends.
