Our Client is looking to employ an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner for their purpose designed nursery in Earlswood, Solihull situated on land of over ½ acre. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, and passionate about providing top quality childcare!
Key responsibilities for this role include delivering exceptional learning experiences and care, planning and executing effective teaching and learning strategies, ensuring the safety and overall well-being of the children, maintaining open and effective communication with colleagues and parents/carers to meet the unique needs of each child, and conducting accurate developmental assessments of the children.
Successful applicants must hold a childcare qualification as minimum of a Level 3 or its equivalent in Early Years, and they should possess a strong passion and knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
