The home is currently seeking a Registered Home Manager, with a minimum of 6 months management experience and preferably with a RMA award and trained of the highest calibre to bring new fresh ideas and keep the Care Centre in a position of maintaining its current good CQC grading’s and push to obtain even better results.
As a Home Manager RGN RMN or RNLD, you will impress your own high standards and style on every aspect of the home’s operation; from planning care, supervising clinical practice and recruiting staff to managing budgets and developing the home’s already successful reputation within the local community, as a trained RGN, RMN or RNLD you will abide by the NMC code of Professional conduct and maintain a safe, happy and Healthy environment for the Residents and your staff.
