At Storybook Montessori, we are looking for an exceptional administrator to join our well qualified and dedicated team as bank staff. Working closely with the Office Manager, you will ensure all administration processes are fulfilled to the highest standard and provide all-round excellent customer service

Office Administrator Responsibilities:
· Cover reception, greeting parents, children and visitors to the setting
· Answer the telephone in a professional manner and either refer to the relevant person or note down messages and report to the office manager/administrator
· Monitor the inboxes using outlook and either deal with requests or pass onto the appropriate staff member
· Work closely with the office manager to ensure that tasks are prioritised, and customer service standards are met
· Ensure adequate supplies so that the nursery school is suitably equipped
· Ensure that Health & Safety policies are fully implemented throughout the setting
· Ensure that own work practices consider the welfare & safeguarding of each child within the nursery school
Office Administrator Requirements:
· Excellent general administrative and organisational skills
· Excellent computer skills to move between programmes such as Outlook and various web based CRM platforms
· Ability to prioritise and work independently
· An eye for detail and a desire to fix things when they’re not right, going the extra mile for your colleagues and our children
· Good front of house manner when using phone and email
