Job Requirements / Description

To manage the KOOSH Club, having responsibility for the club's operation. To supervise, lead and motivate staff, ensuring high standards of childcare are maintained. To adhere to safeguarding & welfare requirements. To plan activities following the EYFS and to liaise with Senior Managers, customers & outside agencies.

Essential skills/Experience You will have a full and relevant Level 3 qualification with good leadership and communication skills. You must have knowledge of child Development and the EYFS and a commitment to putting safeguarding at the forefront of all practice.

Kaleidoscope Nurseries is a successful, well established group with outstanding Ofsted ratings. We are a provider of exceptional childcare, pre-school education and out of school care.

 

Our nurseries are located at Drighlington, Morley and Gildersome which are accessible from Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield and Halifax. The nurseries have separate rooms for babies, mobile babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers. They have excellent facilities for learning through play, both indoors and outdoors with outside play areas for each room.

 

We have out of school hours provisions at the Drighlington Nursery, Morley Nursery and at Park Grove Primary Academy, York. They operate breakfast and after school care for children aged 3 to 11 years.
