Play B C Preschool has two teacher-led settings in Wallington and Carshalton. We are opening a baby room which can accommodate up to six children between the ages of nine months and two years and are looking for committed and reliable staff to join the team.

You will:
• Provide the children with a safe, secure and family like environment
• Have a working knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Develop close relationships with the children and interact sensitively with them
• Liaise effectively with parents, carers, and other team members
• Use your close observations of children to plan, organise and implement activities to meet their individual needs and interests and extend learning
• Work as part of a highly motivated and professional team
You should:
• Have at least two years experience working in a pre-primary environment
• Hold a Level 3 qualification
• Be flexible and creative and have the commitment to provide first class childcare
• Have good organisational skills • Have the ability to promote good practice in a professional manner
• Love working with children.

Play B C Mill Lane and Butter Hill are teacher-led preschools for children between two and five years of age. Good preschools and nurseries have a lasting positive impact in all areas, particularly where a trained teacher is present.
Eight years ago we began as a pack away setting with just five children registered. Five became ten, then ten became twenty as the family steadily grew and outgrew our church hall. We extensively remodelled Elm Grove Hall and relocated in 2017, developing a fantastic learning environment. The team has tripled in size to accommodate expanding numbers and now includes a three qualified teachers. We have since opened another super site in Carshalton.
