Your role will be to engage, play, assess and care for the children in our setting. You will be responsible for the main aspects of care throughout the day and for planning and the development of the children. You will have key children that you will plan and assess to provide in the moment planning for. You will be the first point of call for parents and must be able to demonstrate good customer service skills and excellent communication. You will be an ambassador for our setting, giving thoughtful and useful advise and guidance to parents as well as co-ordinating with outside agencies such as inclusion service and health visitors. Working hours of 33.32 hours a week (4 days) or 41.65 hours a week (5 days).
