Job description
· As a support worker at Cariad Care Services your responsibilities may include:
· Providing person centred, outcome-based support for the elderly within their home setting.
· Ensuring clients privacy and dignity is maintained and respected.
· Supporting clients with personal care and support in daily life activities
· Maintaining and completing clients records within their home setting
· Supporting clients to access local community-based activities
· Supporting clients between the hours of 7am and 10pm
